Overnight oats with feijoa and toasted almond
Tip everything in a jar at night, walk out the door with it in the morning. Rolled oats, feijoa pulp, toasted almonds, yoghurt, and milk — autumn breakfast you can eat at your desk.

The Method

In a 400ml jar, layer the oats and chia seeds. Add the yoghurt, milk, and honey, and stir through.

Scoop the feijoa flesh on top — don't mix. Lid on, fridge overnight (at least 6 hours).

In the morning, scatter the toasted almonds over and eat straight from the jar. If it's too thick, splash in a little extra milk.
