The Method

Combine the frozen banana, mango, spinach, yoghurt, and milk in a blender. Blitz until thick and smooth — stop and scrape if needed. The texture should be ice-cream-soft, not pourable.

Spoon into a chilled bowl. Smooth the top.

Arrange the kiwifruit, granola, coconut, and chia seeds in stripes across the top. Eat immediately while it's still cold.
