The Method

    Warm the milk gently in a small saucepan or microwave (about 30 seconds in a 240ml mug) until steaming but not boiling.

    Stack the Weet-Bix in a bowl. Slice the banana over the top.

    Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly. Pour over the warm milk in a slow circle and serve before the biscuits go to mush.
